The staff seemed helpful enough.

The gym's changing rooms reeked, I could not stand it. There were also many restrictions on when you could use the swimming pool. The breakfast was not good with cordial instead of fresh juice, also the food did not look fresh.

the arrival was smooth with an efficient and friendly reception! the bar staff, aidan and amy, were immediately engaging and helpful throughout my stay. the restaurant team, especially mandy, provided attentive service and a great start to each day.

the electric vehicle charging point was unavailable, disappointing because it influenced my decision to book.
