bad taste unclean water

The evening meal was included, but it was a big disappointment. it really did not taste nice, i think it was not home cooked. the swimming pool water seemed rather unclean. It looked murky with things floating around.

The bedroom featured wonderful air conditioning. The decor showed simple yet stylish elements. The bathroom was compact and super clean.

The room and halls could use a refresh. I observed a need for paint. The sofa bed felt worn, and every spring was noticeable.

The staff seemed helpful enough.

The gym's changing rooms reeked, I could not stand it. There were also many restrictions on when you could use the swimming pool. The breakfast was not good with cordial instead of fresh juice, also the food did not look fresh.

efficient reception engaging staff attentive service

the arrival was smooth with an efficient and friendly reception! the bar staff, aidan and amy, were immediately engaging and helpful throughout my stay. the restaurant team, especially mandy, provided attentive service and a great start to each day.

the electric vehicle charging point was unavailable, disappointing because it influenced my decision to book.
